With EMC GDDR, you can restart your host system, critical applications, and EMC Symmetrix networked storage at local and remote sites.

EMC GDDR automates the restart process for two-site or three-site environments. At the time of planned or unplanned outages, EMC GDDR will ensure safe automatic restart of host system tasks, critical applications, and storage. This effectively removes the single point of failure such as “custom scripting” for disaster recovery plans.
